SHIPPING POLICY
There is a fixed shipping cost of £5. If you are local you have the option to personally collect your orders from PL6. Our standard processing time for dispatching boxes is 3-5 working days. However, please note that the custom box requires a longer timeframe of approximately 3-4 weeks. If you require expedited delivery, kindly get in touch before placing your order, and we will do our best to accomodate.
All orders are shipped using the royal mail tracked 24/48 service.
REFUND POLICY
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of purchase. Any refund request after this time will not be processed. Customised items are discluded from this policy (Unless an error has been made by us in the customisation)
To be eligible for a refund all items must be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in. Sealed products must not be opened. If an item is returned to us damaged from improper packaging or sealed products have been opened we will refuse the refund and inform you via email. In this instance you would need to pay postage for us to return the items to you or we would dispose of them.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe an item has arrived damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem quickly. If an item has arrived damaged please take as many photos as possible before and after opening the product. The more evidence we have the greater chance of a successful claim from the postal company.
The buyer is liable for all return shipping costs unless otherwise notified by KsKards. The parcel remains your responsibility until it has reached us. For this reason we recommend using a recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage until received by us.
Once we have received the item back and confirmed the condition we will process a refund. This can take 5 - 10 days to show on your bank statement, depending on how you paid.
Cancellations
All buyers have the right to cancel any order whilst it is still being processed. Please contact us before your item is shipped and we can process a refund.
